Rates

• Payment can be made by either cheque or direct electronic transfer.
• A booking is not confirmed until a Bond of $200.00 is received and receipted within 5 days of the initial booking. The $200.00 is held as a bond, in addition to the rent payment. This is refunded after your departure once keys are returned and the home inspected for any damage and overall cleanliness.
• The full rent payment is due 4 weeks prior to the commencing of your holiday.
• If the commencement of your holiday is less than 4 weeks from date off your booking the full rent payment is required within 5 working days of the acceptance of your booking.
• We will send you written booking confirmation and receipt of monies.
